Exchange or Return of Goods

We offer a variety of products to our users, including fashion clothing and small electronic goods. Refunds are only applicable in cases of faulty or damaged products, provided the user has an unboxing video of the package as proof. Refunds will not be issued for damages caused by the user or for products that have been used. Additionally, refunds are not applicable for lingerie and innerwear items.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • Fully equipped equipment,
  • A receipt proving the fact of purchase in the online store;
  • Warranty card.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
